hello, mandy. i don't want to come off in any way negative. i'm glad you have joined us. however, i think the haiku in the haiga could use some work. i would be willing to offer my ideas and thoughts if you e-mail me at haikudustin@gmail.com

i hope i didn't offend you. had it not been for denis garrison and a few others who helped me with some basic haiku elements and ideas for revision, i wouldn't be as happy as i am now with the haiku that i have been writing. yeah, thanks denis.

I've got to say, I had to look quite a few times to see the words myself. :) Excellent image though!!

Just a general thought perhaps that pictures should not be so wide across, as it affects the blog template, and causes the links/archives/names of all the contributors to get shifted down.

I know because this happened on my blog :)

OK dustin
yes I know my first ku was perhaps a bit naff but you shouldn't be so condescending when expressing that opinion.
sangeet, yes you are right about the size, I'm fairly new to blogging and the picture does need resizing.
I've done that and written a new ku which I hope you'll find more satisfying.
love to all.

Hi Mandy, thanks for resizing the picture. My comments were meant as a general point for all of us.

I like the ku too!
The beach, sound of surf are all top of my favourites list.
